A/C blower fan fluctuated back and forth from top vents to floor vents

Okay, I just had the fan and resister replaced, now the fan fluctuates on its own from top vents to floor vents. It also changes when I am driving uphill.

Hello,

This sounds like you could have a problem with your vehicle's blend door actuator. These are little plastic motors that control the doors that make your vehicle's Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) work properly. Here is a link below explaining about replacing them:
