A/C and heating come on or turn off while in the on mode?

A/C and Heating are intermittent. Sometimes when hitting a bump, the A/C or heat will either turn off or come back on when it is in the run mode.

This is coming when the blower motor starts to go out. here is the location so you can change it out which should fix the problem. Check out the images (below). Let us know if you need anything else.

I read the answer however the fan motor functions properly. To me it acts like a poor ground, bad coil in the relay or a bare wire grounding out. I really need a wiring diagram so that I can trace the wires. I have not been able to find any. Do you know where I can find one for my vehicle? My problem is that the diagrams I find are not for the 2009 Kia Spectra EX but for different models.

No, the blower motor runs correctly. While the blower motor is working either the heat or cooling stops while the blower is running.
