AC and heat not working

You turn it on in the car hi, low, medium and nothing happens. No AC and no heat. The digital reading comes on in regards to the dashboard, but no air comes out.

check fuse in under hood fuse box. check resistor on bottom of heater by blower.

If I wiggle the wires going into the resister it will turn on but then eventually will shut off on its own and sometimes turn on without doing anything at all

I tmay be a bad resistor or harness probably resistor is burnt up
