A/C and Heat blows the same temperature?

Hi,

Recently my air and heat blows the same temperature. The blend door actuator was replaced and still the same. The compressor comes on as well. Any ideas on what could be happening?

Which blend door actuator has replaced? Here is the correct actuator to make sure you got the right one, also I would try resetting the system which can sometimes work.
