When I turn the A/C on to the dash vents nothing comes out of them?

However, the feet blow perfectly. Any ideas let me know.

Yep, this happens when the mode blend door actuator goes out, here is the location so you can change it out to fix the problem. Check out the images (below). Let us know if you need anything else.

Just the lower dash cover on the drivers side, if you have any questions please upload images of what you are looking at and I will walk you through the repair.
