AC air flow

AC air flow only coming out of the wind shied vents. No air coming flow out of the front facing vents or lower foot area vents. Air speed control switch is also working. However air is flowing through the back passenger back seating area vents. Blowing cool air. Do I have a bad air control switch or is there another problem?

it may be a vacuum leak or a bad vacuum motor or line off. See pictures.
