A/C not working

We added more refrigerant. The compressor and the fan works only when we manually jump the cable in the fuse box with a copper wire. The compressor clutch works. It holds pressure. The air comes out cold only when we manually jump the wires. What could the issue be? Thanks.

What in the fuse box are you jumping? Is it a fuse or a relay?

I attached the wiring schematic for the A/C system. The third pic shows the location of the AC relay and the fuse. Let me know what you are jumping to make it work.
