AC and heater work only on levels one to two, as soon as I turn it to three or four it does not work at all not even the defrost. I am thinking it is the switch on the climate control knob. am I wrong? I have checked all fuses and replaced them.

Good morning.

The blower motor resistor is the most common failure for this issue. it is located under the dash passenger side. I attached a picture and a procedure for you. easy to replace.

Roy

Replacement:

1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
2. Remove the crashpad lower panel.

3. Disconnect the connector (A) and then remove the blower resistor (B).
