Could you tell where is the problem? And what shall I do?please!

Good morning,

I need the low and high side readings on the system both running and not running.

Does the compressor turn on?

As ASEMASTER6371 has stated earlier, we need pressure readings. You may need to start all over and have the system evacuated, pull a vacuum, and then recharged to proper level with an A/C machine to start off with that as basics.

If there is any type of moisture in the system or air pocket then you will have issues. Unfortunately you would need the proper equipment to do these procedure.
