hello there i have a kia cadenza 2011 when i turn on the ac the car seem to run faster is that normal ? thanks

Most A/C systems have an idle step up as the A/C clutch is activated, this is to maintain a stable engine idle.

i doubt that just wanted to make sure there is no problem .

so this is normal i dont have to worry ?

As long as the engine is not racing and the idle up is controlled by the A/c going on and off that's fine. If you have the actual engine rpm change that would confirm this for me.

Yea I can see the rpm is rising a little bit.

It is is just up a tad and drops with the A/C turned off that is fine
