AC system does hold pressure?

i replaced the old ac compressor with a new one. The new system does hold pressure after being filled but the magnetic clutch is still not engaging

If the system has a leak and the pressure is low the clutch coil on the compressor will not come on, here is a video to help you find the leak, if the system was not leaking before the repair then suspect the compressor hose seals.

You can rent the leak detector for free at the auto part store. Please upload a short video in your response of the problem, so I can see what's going on.
