The A/C vents are not blowing out air?

When you turn it on the only air that comes out is from the defrost vents and the only speed of air that works is 5 but it's barely blowing anything out.

Hi,

In most cases, when you only have the high-speed working, the blower motor resister has failed. However, that doesn't control airflow direction. That is controlled by the mode door actuator.

Let's focus on the blower motor speed. I attached the directions for replacing the blower motor resistor below. Do this and let me know if it resolves the fan speed issues.
