I have replaced the antifreeze reservoir. I have a low coolant light on my dashboard. Could it be the ac pressure switch? I have put some Freon in the system. It is sort of cool, not as cool as before. The compressor is working. I have replaced the thermostat about a year ago. I recently replaced the harmonic balancer. And new belt. Do I need to see if I have a leak in my A/C system? Then recharge it? How much would it cost to empty the refrigerate then recharge?

The low coolant light is for the engine coolant, did you check the coolant level in the coolant reservoir/radiator?

Here is a video to help:

If the coolant level is okay, I would replace the coolant level sensor here is the location so you can fix the problem. Check out the images (below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.
