My car AC was hot wired when I bought it, the AC works and blows just fine it s just hot wired and I dont want that I want it wired correctly.

You would need to look at the OEM wiring and determine what changes were made to "hot wire" the system. Then reverse that and reconnect the factory controls. Most shops could handle it as long as you explain that the AC works OK but just want the wiring repaired.
