the AC was evacuated legally when timing belt was replaced. how much AC compressor oil need to add with the Freon and what type ?

Nothing. Oil circulates through the system and some is lost when a component is replaced. That is when oil must be added. There is a general rule as to how many ounces for a hose or an evaporator, but I do not know what those numbers are. It is pretty small. When the system is pumped into a vacuum, the refrigerant comes out first as a vapor, then the water boils into a vapor at 77 degrees so it can be drawn out. The oil does not vaporize so it stays in the system.
