Air conditioner not working

My air conditioner is not working it has a new air conditioner compressor, but it wont turn on. The fuse is good. Is there a relay for the air conditioner and where is located?

The first thing you need to do is get the system pressures checked, if the refrigerant pressure is to high or to low this can shut down the compressor as a safety precaution, low pressure will normally be a leak which is by far the most common reason for this type of problem.
