I had a leak and change the low side hose. Now the A/C will come on and run for a while then the air will start warming up. Sometimes it will go cold again and sometimes it won't. After a while after it has been turned off and back on it will run a while again and do the same thing.I checked the Freon and it's full. I put the gauge on it and while it's blowing cold the gauge is on blue and when it starts blowing warm the gauge goes to red and then back to blue and cold.

Good evening.

Did you replace the dryer? How long did you evacuate the system before charging it?

How much Freon did you add to the system?

Can you give me the high and low side readings of the pressures while the system is running?

My friend had all the gauges and he even went and bought the vacuum and he did the work we put in 2 cans of Freon. We checked for any leaks all over and didn't find anything, but he was going by YouTube instructions and it worked fine for about 2 or 3 weeks then it started turning cold to hot, hot to cold.

Okay, what were the gauge readings when you checked it?

I need the high and low side readings with the system running?

I don't have the regular gauges, just the gauge on the Freon fill hose and it reads about 30-35 lbs.

I need both pressures. You can rent a set at a parts store or you can buy a cheap pair at Harbor Freight.
