A/C pressure shows very high?

The A/C compressor runs with A/C on. R 134a pressure shows very high. I bled it all out, refilled. shows as being high with only putting a little in. Vents blow strong, but only cool very little to not at all. What could be the problem?

Can I ask how high the reading is? Also, there is an A/C compressor control valve inside the compressor that could be out. In which case you will need to replace the compressor here are the instructions in the images below. Check out the images (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem so we can see what's going on.
