Locking up

There is no ABS light on. Replaced rear speed sensor still the same.

Good morning,

Did you check the basics first? I would check the shoes and the drum and make sure the E brake cable is not partially applying the brake.

This does not sound like an ABS issue at all. If it was, the light would come on.
