You aren't likely to see those twisted wires. They should be wrapped up in black wire wrap. That looks like electrical tape, but it isn't sticky. Those wires also may not be twisted everywhere. They do that in areas where other sources could cause electromagnetic interference. When a voltage pulse could be "induced" from the pulsing current flow in an adjacent wire, by twisting them, the same voltage gets induced into both wires, then those pulses cancel each other out. We used to do that years ago with the flat tv antenna wire.
I noticed last time they seem to show the right front connector half way across the truck. It's not clear if that wire harness is traveling across the cross member to the driver's side, or if it's going down along the inner fender to just in front of the passenger's front door. I would expect to find it toward the rear, and above the inner fender liner.
