After replacing the ABS module in my SUV. Does this require “reprogramming” the ABS module with the SUV's computer?

Yes, you will have to have a GM scan tool hooked up to your vehicle and have a "Tire Size Calibration" performed. Hope this helps and feel free to ask any questions if needed. Thanks for using 2CarPros.

The ABS module uses the tire size to know what the signal from the wheel speed sensors means. Plus you may need it to bleed the system depending on how you replaced it. If you only replaced the control solenoid block you may not need to bleed it, if you replaced the entire unit and removed the brake lines you will need it to open the solenoid valves to get the air out.
