ABS relay box?

It's very possible it never had one. 2002 ABS would have been an option. Does it show that is has ABS on the option list? Does it have the relays in the box under the hood on the left fender.

I did find it, mine is in a long fuse box on the driver's side, says fuse and relay. I have another question. I'm having a little rough idle at redlights now. It sounds like a low rumble, the exhaust is very erratic, and the idle rpm will drop to about 600 rpm. I noticed a puff of white smoke on start off only the other day. But it has not done it since. I hadn't cranked for several days, also. Do I need to completely remove the TB as in the video or can I get some TB cleaner and just clean the butterflies without removing the whole TB?

You don't need to remove the TB; it just makes it easier because you don't have to hold the TB open to clean behind the blade. The smoke was probably oil, setting that long could allow any that was around a valve stem to leak into the cylinder. If it doesn't do it all the time it shouldn't be a problem.

I found some other problems since I emailed you this am. I have a evap code PO440, 441, and 446 showing. Also, code 1354 showed up. Then new codes 302, 304, and 306. I think these codes are cylinders misfiring. Are these in the front of the engine I hope? Would misfiring's be caused by the problems in the evap system? Is it odd that the whole bank be misfiring? What should I take on first? I'm 71 now, but in good shape. I've always worked on my cars ever since I had my GTO. I could replace the purge valve. Idk about the canister but could give it a shot. I really like my Highlander and I do not want to sell it; I've invested a lot in it.

OOF that is a few codes. The site here likes to keep issues as individual problems to allow easier searching, as such could you repost this as a new question, please. Just copy and paste this into it with a title of multiple EVAP and misfire codes. The even numbered bank is the front bank (2) of cylinders. The P1354 is likely the cause of the issues though. That is a VVT code for bank 2 meaning that the camshaft is sticking in the wrong position because the VVT cannot return. That will hold the valves open and cause the misfires. A common reason for this is the screens on the control valve solenoids get blocked with sludge from the oil. Remove them and clean them and that code and the misfires may go away. One thing to do first, you said it sat for a while? Remove the engine covers and look at the wiring harness where it runs across the engine, you are looking for rodent damage to the harness, it is another cause of that code if the solenoid wiring has damage. Look that over and mention what you find in the new question. Thank you.
