Code found active: BCM-C00201C. General electrical failures. Circuit voltage out of range.

What can I do about this?
Car has been hesitating a lot, after it is warmed up. The fuel pressure sensor was replaced recently.
Not sure if car is still acting up, but would like to fix the ABS problem.

This will require further detailed diagnosis, the problem may be a low voltage input, looking at a few tech sights, it looks as if the pump motor has failed. i would recommend that a Volvo tech do a first hand diagnosis, a factory scanner will show up any pump motor faults .
