ABS pump

I hooked a scanner to my car, and it says the ABS pump has 0 volts. is this normal?

It actually says ABS pump feed a red 0 beside it.

Do you have the code that was retrieved? There are a few technical service bulletins related to low voltage / no voltage and I'm not sure what direction to go.
