Hello, the ABS module will need to be initialized with a capable scan tool. It's more of a procedure that is best done in a large open parking lot. The vehicle will need to be turned and coasted, following the scan tool instructions. Even bleeding the ABS hydraulic section of the module, a scan tool is needed to open the solenoids inside the module. You could have a mobile technician come out to do the programming. That's an option, the Autel Maxicheck Pro is a smaller scan tool that can do all the ABS programming and bleeding. You can check that out as an option as well. I'll post some service info on the abs system.
Has the ABS module been scanned for any diagnostic trouble codes?
