Codes C1252 and C1256, ABS light on?

DTC code C1252, C1256.
Replaced ABS brake booster and master cylinder assembly one month ago (OEM Parts). After one month I'm having the same problem. This time when I checked the booster assembly the pump motor was not working. So, I replaced the pump motor. But when I press the brake pedal, I can hear a leak noise from the assembly.
Are there any parts like ABS control unit causing this issue or the new OEM booster cylinder assembly went bad?

Looking forward for some suggestions.

Yep, you nailed it, the new ABS brake pump and module may be defective.

DTC C1252: Hydro-Booster Pump Motor Failure

DTC C1256: Accumulator Low Pressure

I would check the ABS fuses (12) to make sure none of them are blown, here is a guide to help and I have included the fuses that need to be checked on their location in the images below.
