I had my car washed yesterday at a car wash, and then had my oil changed. I started the car this morning and the ABS light is on. I turned the car off and on again, but the light remains on. Could it have been the automatic car wash?

Good evening.

Yes, it could be just wet or the pressure from the car wash may have damaged one of the wheel speed sensors.
