Just changed the front pads on my brakes and bleed them regularly and still have no brakes. Is there something special I have to do or reset the ABS system?

Please make sure the brake pad anti rattle support is not trapped on the outside of the caliper, also make sure the caliper brake hose is not twisted. The 93 Ford Ranger 2wd did not come with ABS brakes. Here is a guide to help you bleed the brakes correctly and if this doesn't not work it sounds like the brake master has gone bad, which sometimes happens when doing the brakes.
