I pulled up the codes on my car and it showed C1232, C1282, C1284, 85, 87, and 88, what procedure must I follow to rectify this problem? I have already tried clearing the codes and nothing happen, I also replaced the ECBM.

Hello,

These car had a problem with the wheel bearings which is where the ABS speed sensor is located. Which created the codes. Here is a guide to show you what you are in for when doing the job.

My mistake, I failed to mention that I replaced both wheel bearings also. I may have waiting a little too long before doing so because it made that winding noise for a couple months before I finally changed them. Maybe that could have something to do with it?

Good Morning

Did you check the rear sensors? If you have an ohm meter you can check the resistance of the sensors. They should be 800-1100 ohms. Make sure the connectors are clean and tight with no damage to the pins.
