ABS and brake lights turn on with three beeps

Sometimes on startup the ABS and flashing brake light come on with three beeps. Can go off while driving or all lights off on next startup.

Before getting too far involved with the diagnostic process, verify battery voltage while cranking, and make sure connections are clean and tight. A low voltage condition with cause this issue.
