After changing all calipers, rotors, hoses, ABS module, and sensors, the brakes continue to lock up. I checked the fuses under the hood and found out that
#3 (HEAD LH LWR 15A)
#4 (HEAD RH LWR 15A)
#5 (ABS NO.4 5A)
#6 (DRL 7.5)
aren’t getting any power although the fuses are good. How to fix this?

Hi,

Looking through the schematics, I noticed all fuses (which jump around as far as the wiring) are powered via a white wire or a black wire from the fusible link box.

Do me a favor. Locate the white and black wires and check to see if power is going through them. There should be 12v at all times.

Next, there is a black wire that comes from the fusible link box and sends power to a 40-amp main fuse (pic 2) that is what powers the headlamps/DRL.

In theory, there is a problem with the fusible link box. See pic 3

Check these things and let me know what you find. Also, here is a link you may find helpful:

I will watch for your reply.

Take care,
