A tic tic sound synchronized with the rotation of the engine

I hear a sound tic tic tic, synchronized with the rotation of the engine mainly when the engine is at load.
No DTC.
No problem in the lifters.

The best suspect is an exhaust leak. The clue you observed is it only occurs under load. The most common location for this is right where the exhaust manifold bolts to the engine block.
