A rattle when starting?

Hi, I want to know what this rattle is and is it caused by any major issue or mirror. Is it normal for the vehicle listed above 4.2tdi v8? It happens only when it's taking self after start no issues. Noise when self is happening you can hear. After self is finished no sound. Does the engine mounts making it when vibrating?

Yep, that is engine knock it sounds like you have a tank of bad gas with low or old octane. This guide can help you see what I am talking about, also, can you please give me a little longer video of the engine revving? or does it only make the noise at first start up?

Yep, it sounds like the timing chain guides are broken, can you confirm the mileage on the engine?

Hello sir, there is no rattle the sound read coming like that sir to I was in a basement parking the sound is totally okay. Thank you for your suggestion. Just help me with the fault codes.

I would change the engine oil and filter which should help the noise, keep in mind it is a diesel engine and they make more noise than a gasoline engine. Please start a new thread for he code issue, we only handle on problem per thread.
