Is it possible to install the heads backward

I'm looking at a Dodge caravan for this lady who had someone work on it and well my question to you is, is it possible to install the heads backwards? Or is this just not the correct head? The air intake is on the wrong side, lol.

Hi,

Is this a 2.4L or a 3.3L? Also, can you take a picture of what you are referring too? Are you saying the intake ports are on the wrong side?

I have never tried this but I know on the 3.3L you can reverse the head gaskets. Meaning the left and right will go on each side but the coolant passages do not line up. So I assume they put the head on the wrong side rather than backwards. Did they bolt it down with all the bolts? If so, I just want to see it because I have never seen someone butcher something that bad.

Plus seeing the head may help know if it is just the wrong one. Thanks
