Sputtering and shutting off after someone put Flex fuel in the tank to fill it a couple times?

I used to intuitively have the know-how for any problem I experienced in a vehicle and nowadays, I can’t diagnose a thing for all the “extra” info clouding my judgement, nevertheless, my vehicle is sputtering and dying after someone put flex fuel in the tank to fill it a couple times, and a couple bottles of fuel cleaner afterward. I was advised to put a cap or two of two cycle engine oil in it to lubricate the valves and injectors and now it’s acting worse than ever. There’s also a tire monitoring system out of service and a leak somewhere from the bottom of the coolant surge tank only leaking when it’s filled, which has been done with two different kinds of coolant. I have a store brand chip reader. I wonder if it will pick up the problem. Help! I don’t even know where to start!
