700 is a general transmission. Code 1865 is a 4-5 shift solenoid problem of too high a voltage or shorted system. It can actually be a clutch pak problem as well. Have a transmission professional give you an opinion and make sure the transmission fluid is full and not dark brown or black. If it is, then most likely there is a problem with clutches/seals inside transmission.

Dear
The transmission fluid is acceptable.
All the solenoids of the valves-body are working well.
The code p1865 exits still.
Could you help me please?

In my first reply I said it could be a clutch pak problem or and internal problem so a trans guy is going to have see what has happened.
