a/c will not come thru vents

I changed control box and resistor module and cabin filter it has started creating condensation and started leaking in floor on passagener side

Leaking onto the floor is typically the result of a plugged condensate drain. Look under the hood on the passenger side of the firewall for a 4" long rubber hose with a 90 degree bend hanging down. Squeeze the end of that tube to see if anything breaks loose and water starts running out. If no water comes out, squeeze the wire ring that holds that hose to the plastic spout, and pull the hose off. Stick a pencil into the spout to dislodge the debris that's blocking it.
