The A/C is colder on passenger side?

I have two issues with A/C. The first one is that the A/C is colder on the passenger side in the front. The second part is that the A/C in the rear of the vehicle isn’t cold. The air is room temperature and also, I have noticed that the room temperature air does not blow too hard out, but you can hear the motor blowing really hard. I have already done a recharge on the system and have changed the rear evaporator.

The first thing I would do is turn the system on full cold and wait for about 2 minutes and then and then grasp large A/C tube coming from the firewall and the rear evaporator, if there is cold the refrigerant side of the system is working correctly. Then I would replace the rear A/C mode actuator and the driver's side temperature blend door actuator. Here are the locations and how to do the jobs. Check out the images (below).
