My air conditioner blow warm air - not working?

Hi Don,

It does sounds like the blower motor is going out, but I need to ask can you still hear the blower motor running and the air is not coming out or you can hear nothing like the motor is not running. If you can hear the blower and the air stops it sound like you have a evaporator that is icing up which is a sign of the system needing a recharge.

Ken,thanks for the response. Yes I think it is evaporator. The blower sounds like it is blowing wide open but only trickle of cold air coming out the vents. Only does this after running forty five minutes to an hour. Then if you let it thaw out it runs blows cold again.
You said freezing up because it needs charge? I do not understand that.

Yes, the system ices up when it is low on charge because the pressure drop is so extreme.

Ken, where have you guys been all my life? I took the car to a car A/C place last summer, I mean that is all they do, if it just needed more refrigerant. how could they miss it?
