A/C works and blows cold air, but after a few minutes it just stops

While on my A/C control it shows that it is on and it starts blowing cold air again after a while, and it is a constant on and off. Keep in mind my climate control never turns off when the A/C stops.

What is turning off, the AC or the blower motor? If it's the blower motor, check the plug under the dash at the blower motor to make sure nothing is loose.

I attached a picture below that shows the connection I am referring to. Also, I need to know if this happens regardless of the selected speed of the blower motor. For example, if it is on high, does this not happen?
