Driving 5, 5 hours on 7 hour trip. A/C quits. 74, original miles well cared for, all maintenance. Watched your video. Just blows hot. Condenser fans work fine, System has charge. Changed relay. The compressor comes on and stays on. Checked everything you mentioned in your video. Nothing. All controls work as they should. Mode, Temp, Max Air, Etc. This is my son car he's- had for 5 years.
I don't know what to do? Baffled. I'm old school. So these new computer controlled systems are out of my league. Thanks, Greg

Good afternoon,

The first thing I would do is check the actual pressures. I need to see the high and low side pressures to be sure the readings are correct.

You can rent a set of gauges or buy a cheap set at Harbor Freight.

It sounds like the compressor could be wearing out or the system is low on charge and icing up? When it blows hot does the airflow diminish?
