I located the blend door actuators. On my car listed above XL, there is one actuator on each side. And when I manually use my hand or a screwdriver. And place them both in the up position. And I turn on my A/C, it works and gets super cold. but once I turn the right knob to hot air it gets hot on that one side. Because it's dual climate control. Then if I try to change the knob back to cold, it doesn't work. And the driver's side knob, when I turn it to hot, it doesn't change at all. So, I was wondering could it be both actuators are bad. On each side? Or what's the issue?

It is common for the blend door actuators to go out. I have also seen the control unit go out as well. I would try to get one new actuator and see if it functions correctly. Here are the locations of the actuators to make sure you have the right one and how to replace the control unit if needed. Check out the diagrams (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem.
