The relay is built into the fuse block which is a module.

No previous work done. The compressor is not engaged. The belt is good it's turning the compressor but it's not engaging.

Okay, check the fuse listed for power.
I attached a wiring diagram for you to view.
Check for power to the compressor when you command AC.
I still need the pressures from my previous question.

Okay, I'm working on getting the pressures. But in which fuse boxes the relay? It is not showing any fuse or relay on the 3 fuse panels that the truck has.

Again there is no relay for you to find. It is part of the module. In the diagram, it shows it but it is part of that unit and not serviceable.
