A/C not blowing cold air?

The A/C was not blowing cold, Freon was added, but still hot. I had compressor and A/C system replaced. Compressor Oil checked and still not blowing cold. Cabin filter replaced. Vent door checked and working. Still not blowing cold. How to check sensors or control panel? What other causes?

With the A/C on full cold, grasp the outlet tube from the fire wall (firewall to compressor) at the firewall to see if it is cold, if not I will need the high and low side pressures, this video will show you how:
