A/C Not Blowing Cold Air?

A/c doesn't blow cold, low side pressure is at 45....high side pressure stays around 85-90 at about 80 degrees ambient. Would seem to be a weak compressor, but the cooling fans go to hi blow about 15 seconds after the compressor engages. A/C blows cold inside car for about 10 seconds, then goes warm. I'm not sure what to look for blockage or how would i diagnose for that?

There is no blockage, the compressor is going out here is a guide and video to help you change it out with instructions in the images below to help you with your car. Here is a generic guide to help you see the steps. It looks like for your car you will need to remove the fender liner and reposition some power steering lines, not too bad.
