A/C modes not working?

My A/C is stuck in front vent modes, little to no air escaping into the defrost or floor vents. I need to know the location of the mode actuator that changes the modes. And if possible, the best way to get to it.

Yep, this is a mode actuator issue, here is the location, which is under the dash on the right side, you will need to remove the glove box. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
