Air conditioner malfunction heated air blowing out of the vents even when the heater is off

Air conditioner is not working and you can feel heated air coming through ventilation ducts even though heater not switched on.

This is a common problem with heater systems, it sounds like you have a blend door actuator that has gone bad.
