A/C instrument cluster not working?

2019 CHEVROLET SILVERADO

I can control it through the infotainment system but nothing on the climate control system is working. I’ve looked in the fuses but unsure if I have found the correct one. A/C is cold and blowing normally but just no controls.

The first thing we need to do is check the fuses in the right instrument cluster fuse panel, here are the fuses to check in the diagrams below and I have included a guide to help you check them, please do the test with the system on.

If the fuses are good, you probably have a climate control module that is out and needs to be replaced which I have included directions for as well. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what you find. We are interested to see what it is.
