I have replaced the blower motor and the inside control panel (where the switch and vacuum hoses plug in).

Any suggestions?

Good morning.

The issue could be the blower resistor which is very common for this issue.

It is located at the back of the motor passenger side. it has a wire connector and two bolts that hold it in the case. It is tight to access and you need small fingers to get both bolts and remove it. You can get the part at any parts store.
