I do not have a ground on the blower motor wiring harness and where it plugs in it was all burnt. I tried putting a wire grounded to the frame and blow comes on but does not work with AC and only has one speed no way to turn it off. I need to know what wire on the back of AC controls work the blower.

All the speed controls work on the ground side of the circuit from the switch, through the blower resister. You need to do some testing to find out which one has the problem. The resister is a called a Power Transistor in your car. https://www.2carpros.com/images/external/104422954.gif
